On 27 December 2011, Governor Zhou Xiaochuan met with Mr. Donald Tsang, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region (SAR), who was in Beijing to report his work to central authorities. They exchanged views on issues of mutual interests, including financial cooperation between the Mainland and the SAR.
